In 2024 I launched a new two-day leadership programme called Thrive which aims to develop the next generation of health, safety and wellbeing leaders across the AtkinsRéalis global business.

Laing O’Rourke

Along with my very talented colleagues, I’ve been running a leadership programme at Laing O’Rourke for the last two years called Rethinking Safety Through Inclusion + Wellbeing. So far, 500 business leaders have participated in this immersive, two-day programme, which includes a theatre-based experience and explores the skills and practices of inclusive leadership.

Heathrow Airport

I spent two years working at Heathrow Airport with amazing psychologists, scriptwriters, actors and virtual reality experts to develop a groundbreaking new health, safety and wellbeing programme.
