…helping you make the impossible, possible

Together with outstanding partners and associates, I work at an individual level, with teams, across organisations and communities in order to help you deliver impossible results. This can range from working with communities in India, to Chief Executives of large corporations, to professional sports teams.

"I have been working with Rob as a coach. Specifically I was keen to get coaching support from Rob as Penna was about to go through a period of significant change – with the potential to grow three-fold. Rob’s experience in working with CEOs to take their business to a different level has been inspirational and hugely helpful. Rob has an ability to get you to focus on the key issues to make those giant steps – a focus on what needs to be done. This has been exceptionally helpful in thinking through difficult situations. Rob is an exceptional coach and I would recommend him to any CEO."

Background

The route through my professional life has not been traditional or linear. I have worked with amputees in India, been a professional artist, and co-founded a technology company. In all of these, my passion is for the power of communication to transform people’s lives. In the last 12 years I have worked with…

  • organisations undergoing huge upheaval, such as AT&T, BP, and Nedbank in South Africa
  • very diverse teams from most Western European countries, Eastern Europe, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and USA
  • companies that are out to break the mould, such as Liquid Capital, smile, Selfridges, Zopa
  • sports professionals, such as the Kent County Cricket team
  • ideas companies such as Saatchi & Saatchi
  • landmark projects such as the construction of Heathrow Terminal 5, and the London 2012 Olympics
